The subject of this article was not given a name in any official media from The Secret Life of Pets franchise. As such, "Norman's owner" is purely conjectural.
Norman's owner is a young boy, who is the owner of Norman in The Secret Life of Pets.
Bio[]
After Norman got lost in the Apartment Building, his owner takes a guinea pig toy as a replacement for him. Three weeks later, after a long adventure between Manhattan and Brooklyn, Norman finds his own apartment and enters the room through a pipeline.
By the time Norman goes back to his apartment, it is already evening and his owner is taking a nap. Norman jumps to his bed and removes the toy, and his owner notices him and hugs him afterwards.
