  • Hi!

I added to the Welcome Template "Welcome" with The Secret Life of Pets font. I changed the background to white, but I was thinking would be better without that red frame?

    • where did you get that font?

    • I cropped the letters from different Pets logos and combined them.

    • It is easy to remove the K, but it is a little large in height. I will use the light blue of the official website as a closer fit than white.

Endeavour to preview edits, check changes and careful with the HTML syntax as unclosed divs in templates break the whole mainpage.

The added content would again be best on an announcement template up top on the right side.

Also, could you update it to read "Welcome to {{{Logo}}}" and include the logo?

    • No-one has made it into a font because the artists who made the letters have the creative rights on the font. However, Illumination has the rights on the font style and the letters P E T and S as original creator of the logo - so the people who made the set can't make their typography into a font for purchase or download.

    • By the way, do you use GIMP or Photoshop?

    • No, I use Picmonkey

    • Done!

    • I use GIMP and Picmonkey, both are free and nice to use. Picmonkey is what i use for when GIMP tools are too crude for my needs, but GIMP is now my main.

    • GIMP comes in useful for low-pass editing, while Picmonkey is great for more finnicky graphic artistry or high pass editing.

I got it to look better by shrinking the header image and leaving the header red.
